Program se zasniva na primitivnom načinu pripreme/upotrebe namirnica da bi istoriju i kulturu grada predstavili na novi način kroz gastro ponudu,edukativnu komunikaciju sa posjetiocima,kao i muziku koja bi ispratila čitav događaj.Početak 20h,ulaz slobodan.
