Osijeks’ Fortress Tvrđa in the light of new research: lectures and exhibition
29.04.2022. – lectures: „Spatial-historical development of the Fortress“ and „Results of the research of blocks five and three“ and the opening of an exhibition of designs, photographs and reconstructions that are the result of recent research.
30.04.2022. – lectures that will show the results of research of individual buildings in the Fortress:
- Palaces of the General Command;
- Houses in Kuhačeva 23;
- Barracks at the New Gate – Archive
- Water and East Gates.

In the last ten years, the Agency for the Reconstruction of the Osijek Fortress has initiated a large number of researches, conservation studies, tenders and projects. The result is a series of new scientific and professional knowledge, catalogs of objects, drawings, maps and the like. which will be presented to the general public at the Fortress Night event through six lectures and an exhibition.
