30.04.2022. – Castle Nova Kraljevica is the center of the Cultural and Tourist Route of the Frankopan Routes and the first and starting point for exploring the rich Frankopan heritage of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.
Inside the Castle is Kraljevica Visitor and Interpretation Center and the Multimedia Hall. The Kraljevica Visitor Center presents the entire route of the Frankopan Routes, and the Interpretation Center presents the theme of the Zrinsko-Frankopan Conspiracy, which is believed to have been minted in that Castle. The multimedia hall is used to present numerous promotional videos.
On the occasion of the Night of the Fortress, the working hours of the mentioned spaces will be from 13:00 to 19:00, and two free professional interpretive guides will be organized for the citizens. The first lead will be held at 4pm and the second at 6pm. Through the guides, visitors will be introduced to the Frankopan Routes project, the story of the Nova Kraljevica Castle and other interesting segments related to the site, with the presentation of the center’s settings and watching the project’s promotional films.
The program takes place in the premises of the Natural History Museum of Rijeka in charge of managing them in the Castle Nova Kraljevica.
